According to the relevant provisions of China's GA/T 73-2015 standard "Mechanical Anti-theft Locks," the main technical indicators of mechanical anti-theft lock cylinders are as follows: China currently classifies lock cylinder security levels into three grades: A, B, and C, with A being the lowest and increasing sequentially.

1. Anti-technical opening time: Grade A lock cylinder > 1 minute (but < 5 minutes or less); Grade B lock cylinder > 5 minutes; Grade C lock cylinder > 10 minutes (the latest standard set by the Ministry of Public Security is > 270 minutes).

2. Mutual opening rate: Grade A ≤ 0.03%; Grades B and C ≤ 0.01%.

3. Key Quantity: Class A: Pin tumbler locks should have at least 6 x 10⁴ key combinations; wafer locks and lever locks should have at least 2.5 x 10⁴ key combinations, with one possible exchange. Class B and C: Pin tumbler locks should have at least 3 x 10⁴ key combinations; magnetic pin tumbler locks, wafer locks, and lever locks should have at least 1 x 10⁴ key combinations, with two possible exchange. Mechanical combination locks should have at least 6 x 10⁷ theoretical key combinations, and the actual number of interchangeable keys should be no less than 60% of the theoretical number.
