This Euro profile double cylinder uses keyed operation on both the exterior and interior sides, eliminating the interior thumbturn entirely.

Both sides are operated using the same key.

The cylinder is designed for applications requiring increased protection against unauthorized interior-side operation.

Use of double cylinders should always comply with local fire and emergency egress regulations.

Accurate alignment between both cylinder sides is critical for smooth operation.

This Euro profile double cylinder is manufactured with an internal alignment tolerance of ≤0.03mm.

Standard industry tolerance is typically around ±0.05mm.

The cylinder body uses a shell wall thickness of at least 2.5mm.

Pick resistance meets C-grade requirements with a tested resistance time of 10 minutes or more.

Compatible door thickness range is 40mm to 55mm.

Double cylinders require a key for operation from both sides of the door.

In emergency situations, occupants must have immediate access to the key in order to unlock the door from the interior side.

For this reason, double cylinders may not be suitable for residential environments involving elderly occupants, children, or locations requiring rapid emergency egress.
