The coating also passes a 5000-cycle steel wool abrasion test with no base metal exposure. We use electrostatic spraying or PVD for all finishes. The coating thickness is 60-80μm for spraying and 1.2-1.5μm for PVD. This ensures long-lasting color and resistance to wear.
