Brass reacts with air and turns dark over time. We stop that with a protective layer. The closed oil layer is 5-10μm thick. This is not sticky oil. It dries into a clear film. It blocks sulfur in the air from reacting with the brass. The salt spray test reaches 72 hours with no black spots. A normal untreated brass handle starts to darken in 30 days in wet air.

We use German equipment for the brush lines. The line uniformity is ±0.02mm. The lever wall thickness is 2.0mm or more. The grip area diameter is about 14-16mm. It feels full in your hand. Not skinny. Not uncomfortable.
