However, two common issues often occur with square handles: sharp edges can feel uncomfortable in hand, and poor installation accuracy may cause the handle to appear misaligned.

Our square lever door handles solve both problems. The lever cross-section is available in 12×12mm or 14×14mm. The key detail is the R-radius corner, ranging from R0.8 to R1.2mm. All edges are carefully rounded, so the softness is not visually obvious, but it can be clearly felt in use. The handle will not cut into your hand. In contrast, low-cost square handles often have no proper R-radius or only R0.3mm, making them feel sharp and uncomfortable.

The square rose measures 70×70mm or 75×75mm, with a wall thickness of ≥2.0mm. It is cast as a single piece with no welding seams, eliminating potential cracking points.

We precisely control vertical alignment to within ±0.5mm. This is achieved through CNC machining, where the rose and lever are processed in a single setup using the same reference point. In contrast, standard handles are often machined in separate setups, resulting in cumulative errors that can exceed 1.5mm, making misalignment visible to the eye.

The internal square spindle is 8mm, compatible with 99% of lock bodies on the market. It is made of 45# steel with zinc plating and offers a torque strength of ≥30N·m, ensuring high durability and resistance to breakage.

An architect designed a minimalist luxury apartment project and specified square handles. An imported brand was initially considered, but the lead time was too long. The project team then approached us. We produced a sample with a 14×14mm section and R1.0mm corners. After measuring with calipers and testing the hand feel, the architect approved a trial order of 10 sets. After installation, all handles remained perfectly aligned. Eventually, the entire 600-unit project adopted our square lever door handles.
