Black Rose Door Handles

The handle is usually fine. The problem is the rose-the round or square plate behind the handle. The coating on the rose peels off, or the spring inside the rose fails, causing the handle to droop.

This black rose door handles solves both problems. The rose is available in round or square options, with a diameter or side length of 65–75 mm. The rose thickness is 2.2 mm or more. Most standard roses are only 1.5 mm thick. Ours is nearly 50% thicker.

The coating is a matte black spray finish. Its adhesion reaches level 0 in the cross-cut test. We cut a 1 mm × 1 mm grid pattern, apply tape, and peel it off-no squares come off. Standard spray coatings typically achieve level 1 or 2 adhesion, where some squares may detach.

Cheap handles often have a gap of 0.8 mm or more, which causes wobbling. Our gap is 0.3 mm or less, with no wobble. The fit tolerance is controlled within ±0.1 mm through precision machining. When installed, the handle feels solid and stable.

The internal spring is made of stainless steel, not zinc-plated iron wire. Iron wire springs can rust within three years. Stainless steel springs do not rust. The return force is 8–12 N, which is the optimal range for comfortable use. Too light, and the lever does not return fully; too heavy, and the door becomes difficult to open.

We use automotive-grade spray coating equipment. This is the same type of coating system used for car parts, which ensures strong adhesion. The lever length is 120–135 mm, and the grip diameter is 12–14 mm. It is suitable for doors with thicknesses from 35 mm to 45 mm.

This black rose door handles is designed for hotel rooms, chain stores, office buildings, and other high-traffic environments where doors are used frequently throughout the day. It comes with a 3-year warranty. If the handle droops within 3 years, we will replace it.
