Euro Cylinder Lock Keyed Alike

Managing multiple keys should not be a burden for facility operators.

In hotels, schools, or large buildings with 50 or more doors, assigning a unique key to each door creates unnecessary complexity. Keys are easily lost, and operational efficiency is reduced.

This Euro Cylinder Lock Keyed Alike solves that issue by allowing a single key to operate all locks within the same group.

Each group supports up to 50 cylinders. Standard configurations are available in sets of 6, 12, 24, or 50 units. Any key within a group can operate any cylinder within the same group.

The critical factor in keyed alike systems is precision in pin configuration.

All cylinders within a group must share identical pin layouts. Our manufacturing tolerance is ±0.05mm, which is tighter than the diameter of a human hair (approximately 0.07mm).

We use CNC-controlled key cutting systems to ensure each key is identical to the master key specification. Any deviation beyond tolerance is automatically rejected by the production system.

The system supports over 8,000 unique pin code combinations.

This ensures a very low probability of unintended duplication. The estimated key duplication probability is ≤0.0125%, meaning random cross-opening between different groups is highly unlikely.

Each euro cylinder lock keyed alike set includes 3 standard keys per cylinder.

Available cylinder sizes are 35/35mm or 40/40mm.

Important: cylinder sizes cannot be mixed within a single keyed alike group, as the internal mechanical configuration must remain identical across the system.

All cylinders are compatible with standard euro-profile lock bodies with a 72mm backset configuration.

We provide a structured key code management system. Each production batch is assigned a unique code record, allowing traceability of all cylinders sharing the same key system.

Minimum order quantity is 500 units per keyed alike group. Standard production lead time is 25 days.
