Keyed Alike Anti Snap Euro Cylinder

This cylinder combines two functions in a single security solution: keyed alike convenience and anti-snap protection.

Most suppliers offer these as separate product categories. This design integrates both into one cylinder system.

The keyed alike function supports up to 50 cylinders operating on the same key. A single key can open all cylinders within the same group, making the system suitable for hotels, office buildings, schools, and other multi-door facilities.

Key cutting precision is controlled within ±0.05mm. The estimated key duplication probability is ≤0.005%, meaning the likelihood of unintended key overlap is extremely low.

The cylinder body features a wall thickness of 2.5mm and incorporates a 3.0mm reinforced anti-snap steel bar.

The tested break resistance exceeds 15 kN, equivalent to the performance level of our 3-star security cylinder series.

Hydraulic pry-bar testing confirmed that the cylinder remained structurally intact under high-force attack conditions.

A hotel customer previously used standard keyed alike cylinders without anti-snap protection.

During a fire safety inspection, several cylinders showed signs of attempted snapping attacks and required replacement. The combined replacement and labor cost exceeded the price difference between standard and reinforced cylinders.

After upgrading to this keyed alike anti-snap euro cylinder, later attack attempts resulted only in surface deformation. The cylinders remained operational and did not require replacement.

The cylinder provides a pick resistance time of 12 minutes or more.

While slightly below our 3-star cylinder rating of 15 minutes, it still exceeds the standard C-grade requirement of 10 minutes.

Compatible with euro-profile lock bodies featuring a 72mm center distance.
