This noiseless magnetic door lock body is designed for environments where silence is not optional, but essential. The noise level is controlled at ≤30dB, comparable to a whisper-level environment. While this is similar to our standard silent series, this model is further optimized for ultra-low noise performance.

The PU cushion thickness is 1.5mm. Nylon damping pads are integrated into all moving contact points. Soft contact engagement begins at 4–6mm before full closing. As a result, the door closes with a smooth, "leaf-falling" motion, with minimal audible impact.

It uses a springless structure, eliminating metal fatigue issues. The side load resistance is ≥6,000N. The handle torque requirement is 1.5–2.5N·m. Available sizes include 125×22mm and 145×22mm. Compatible with euro cylinder configurations 35/35 or 40/40mm.

The difference is not in the magnetic mechanism, but in noise control and damping precision.

Each unit is tested in an acoustic chamber. The background noise level is maintained at 25dB. During testing, the door closing noise must not exceed 30dB, meaning the lock contributes no more than 5dB of additional sound. This is significantly lower than standard locks, which typically generate 30–40dB of noise during operation.
